Virtual Assistant/Customer Service

I would like to offer my service to you as an Virtual/Admin Assistant or any job related position that you wish for me to work on. I was formerly a CSR and Technical Support with a BPO company which I gave an exceptional contribution for almost 3 years. I process orders and provide information of various products and services. I also interact with customers in the US and handles complaints, problems and offer possible solutions just like any other CSR does. I may not have the experience in working as a Virtual Assistant but I am very much willing to be trained and learn.
