Yes - absolutely. I will explain to you exactly how the solution works and how to use it. If required, I will produce a short instructional video walking through the spreadsheet and how to get the most from it.
What if I need an extra REVISION and will I be charged for it?
Not a problem. My goal is to make sure your spreadsheet works for you. Any bug fixes are done without any extra charge. If you request additional tasks/work outside of what was originally agreed, I reserve the right to request compensation for this additional work before undertaking it.
Will you help me if any issues arise AFTER I accept delivery and finalise the order?
ABSOLUTELY! I pride myself on the AFTER SALES care I provide to my clients. I want long-term relationships with clients and always respond to any questions you may have.
How long is the delivery time?
This TOTALLY depends on the complexity of your project, Typical delivery is 2-3 days. If your task is not very complex, I can usually work on it straight away and delivered within 24 hours. I will always discuss with you if you have any time constraints and will do what I can to meet them.
