Being a Virtual Assistant, this includes reading, replying, forwarding or compose emails etc. perform any admin task. Good communication is essential to business life, I can offer good customer care service. Customer always want to be informed and be in the loop.

I can type text, letters or anything in English or French at a good speed. I am used to work on various applications such as word, pages, excel, numbers, powerpoint and quickbooks for some basic accounting jobs (like input and manage expenses, income, making invoice and input important information the the system).

Having worked in a freight company as sales representative, i can help in import/export quotations and customer support.
