Holistic Coaching covers all aspects related to mind, body, emotions and spirit, balancing them to create a healthy and fulfilled life.
This special type of coaching is focused on every aspect of the individual, combining simple life coaching techniques with health related information and spiritual aproaches, to help you grow on every level, in order to have a well-balanced lifestyle. It is important that all aspects of an individual - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual - are taken into consideration, because every goal can be easily achieved only after all these levels are in perfect balance.
The Holistic Coaching sessions may or may not include (depends on every individual) the following:

- Diet related advices
- Physical exercises
- Meditation exercises
- Spiritual advices
- Mindulness exercises
What does holistic mean?
"Holistic" is derived from the word "Holism" or whole-ism, which is the idea that systems and their properties should be viewed as wholes, not just as a collection of parts, therefore it covers all aspects of an individual as a whole.
