Managing Inventory - Making sure inventory is in stock and pricing is all good. Disabling of Out of stock orders, monitoring of price changes making sure every 2 hours that price changes from supplier will be the same in our pricing.

Customer Service - Providing the customer a quick and satisfying response. on time support that every customer needs, Email, Calls ( outbound) ticket system.
