Architect, building designer

The most work experience I have is in residential design including Single family houses, Multifamily buildings and Hotel depandancies, but I have been a team member designing various other buildings as Multistory garage and Indoor pool with Spa center. I have been working on conceptual designs with 3D model and rendered images as well as on main designs and blueprints. In addition to the former experience I can asign more time to learn new regulation codes (if provided) for different building purposes or a specific region. (For the example I had to go through a large files of UAE Urban Planning Council Guides to design Residential neigborhood in Al Ain). I work both in metric and imperial units, in masonry and timber frame construction systems. I can design new buildings or adapt existing spaces to new purposes. For communicating layouts and floor plans (and making blueprints) I use AutoCAD, and for 3D model I use ArchiCAD. I can dedicate 40 hours/week (or more) to the job.
