I believe that gaining a thorough understanding of the people using what we build is the foundation for every component of a successful business; design and experience, marketing strategy, hiring, product strategy, sales, everything. Companies hire me to help understand who their users are, what they need, how that ties into business goals, and how to utilize that information to craft better experiences for everyone involved. I help companies new to user experience assimilate user-centered design practices into business process. I provide user research and UX analysis services iteratively throughout the design process and help craft the overall problem-solving approach for projects. Most people call that user experience research and strategy. I provide training and consultation services in user research, user experience strategy, UX hiring, and UX career progression.
