I have several experience that could help me to become one of the best VA that you have. I have experience in customer service which handles live chat, emails and phone inquiries for almost 4 years. I've experience to become an Account Associate in a Financial company for a year and a Fashion Consultant on a Fashion industry for 2 years handling UK and US members. I also have experience as a VA for almost a year which handles store fronts like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart,Newegg, Jet & Overstock. I was tasked to process returns, refunds, edit listings or update photos and answer emails from customers and suppliers. I'm also familiar with google sheets & Microsoft Excel for daily reports.
