I will design/redesign a house

I will make any design work on your new house or the existing one and will deliver to you drawings of foor plans, section, elevations and 3D model with rendered images.

I am an architect with more than a decade in the business, and most of work experience I have is in residential design. My expertise covers:

• new house designs
• additions to existing houses
• conversions of existing spaces to new purposes (warehouses to residential, to office etc)
• multistory (multifamily) building designs
• hotel depadancies and accomodation units designs.

I work both in metric and imperial units, in masonry and timber frame construction systems. For communicating layouts and floor plans (and making blueprints) I use AutoCAD, and for 3D model I use ArchiCAD. I can dedicate 40 hours/week (or more) to the job.
